And your habits.

I've been holding steady at about 5-5.5 hours a night for the past several months.

I have terrible sleeping habits. When I'm in school, the amount of sleep that I get on weekdays ranges from about 4 hours to 7 hours. On weekends, I sleep from 10-12 hours. The thing is, I generally go to sleep around the same time every night, which is about 2am. And then I sleep until I have to get up, which could be as late as 2 pm. That being said, I never sleep solidly for 12 hours. I usually sleep about 8 hours and then I'm just too lame to get up, so I doze for a few more hours.

Man, I'm a real waste of human life.

ever since I got a job where I choose my own hours I've been getting plenty of sleep, but I never sleep for the same day-period: one day I may fall asleep at 8pm, another I may fall asleep at 4am

7-8 hours or I will feel like shit the next day

Around 5-8 hours with alarm. 10+ if chatting all day/night.

Somewhere between 2-4 hours a night, except weekends, when it is usually 6 or so.
