we've had "stores" here for a couple years already. I get mine from a friend who has a medicinal card (very easy to get) and it comes in a bottle, this week's issue is called "grape ape". They (stores) were closing down once in a while from the off an on pressure of the Bush Regime. Now its Bama Time, and they haven't closed in months. I'm actually working on getting a weed card soon.

This state deficit is what caused the push for outright legalization, since it can be taxed to generate billions, and I don't care how many thousands of gov't employees lose their jobs during this recession, if it legalizes weed it was worth it.

Exactly. I honestly don't give a fuck why it gets done (if it does), so long as it does in my lifetime.

Also, the only reason its illegal is because of dumbfuck Randall Hearst of Hearst Castle/Newspaper fame wanted to sell newspapers back in the 20's/30's so he concocted a story about how the demon marijuana makes black men rape white women.

Except weed is easy grow. If its legalised the price will be damned cheap and a lot of people will grow their own rather than buy. Secondly, since its so easy to grow it'll be impossible to regulate. It will do shit all for the economy.

For the amount of money that is spent paying courts to criminalize marijuana users, it would be a plus. The gov't wouldn't make shit off of it in the way of profit. I think the crime rate and social value has finally risen to the point to where the one argument, that being: that MJ is a "gateway" drug, is a null argument these days.

Its small money anyways. The issue isn't money, its congressmen and their voters with the money. Fucks will say anything to stay in office. Marijuana will be legaized within 5 years in many places. Its already legal here.

I think its a sad day for our congress. They built this country,but they also built the shitty and corrupt media that they so rely upon. With no corporation, there is no democracy. Smoke weed everyday.
